Speaker Invitation Request Form

To request a U.S. Cyber Command Senior Leader Speaker for your upcoming event, please complete this form in its entirety. We cannot process your request until we receive a fully completed form.

If a field does not apply, please enter "N/A." Do not leave it blank, as this will result in a non-submission.

Submitting this form is an official request for a speaker. We recommend submitting your request at least 30 business days before the event to allow enough time for processing. It is unlikely U.S. Cyber Command will be able to support the event if the request is submitted later than that.

After completing the form, please send a current agenda (draft agendas are acceptable) for your event to CDRInvites@nsa.gov.

NOTE: Submitting this Speaker Invitation Request Form does not authorize the requestor to use the speaker’s name, title, photograph, biography, or U.S. Cyber Command’s name in any marketing materials. Official notification of acceptance or decline will be provided after the completion of our legal and public affairs vetting process.
