CTC PA signed with Australia
Elizabeth Wilson, Assistant Deputy Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation, reviews the Cyber Training Capabilities (CTC) Project Arrangement (PA) for Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) with Jim Spratt, from the DASA (DE&C) Armaments Cooperation Directorate. The PA entered into force November 3, 2020 and is the first PA under the U.S. Defense Department and Australian Department of Defense Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation of Cyberspace Capabilities (Cyber RDT&E) Memorandum of Understanding. The objective of the CTC PA is to cooperatively develop training content and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform to support Cyberspace Operations readiness.
