Press Release: U.S. Cyber Command to hold annual Industry Day forum

By U.S. Cyber Command Public Affairs

U.S. Cyber Command’s Acquisition & Technology Directorate will host a hybrid in-person and virtual Industry Day Forum on Monday and Tuesday, May 22-23, 2023, at the Command’s DreamPort collaboration and innovation facility in Columbia, Maryland.

In the cyber domain, to remain agile and ready, we must continually invest in innovation, through our public-private partnerships. Industry Day is an acquisition and technical-focused event bringing together more than 1500 attendees, including representatives from industry and government.

This event provides industry participants with the opportunity to receive information, ask questions in real-time, and increase their understanding of current and future command requirements. The forum is intended to improve dialogue, provide acquisition forecasting and provide more insight into the commands requirements.

Topics covered during the forum will include, an overview of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture, in-depth briefings from each JCWA project manager, and Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity discussions, along with a technical innovation panel hosted by CYBERCOM’s technical directors.

This year industry partners will have the opportunity to ask questions during presentations and can register and schedule one-on-one discussions with command representatives and subject matter experts. Session topics can range from gaining insight into future business opportunities, to understanding the Command’s near and long-term acquisition requests.

Establishing robust and strategic partnerships with industry is crucial for CYBERCOM's success. The public and private sectors have the unique ability to scale with actionable information and insights that can protect their customers, leading to outstanding innovation and capabilities that can support CYBERCOM's defend the Nation mission.

Media interested in attending the opening remarks virtual should RSVP by emailing USCC_Publicaffairs@cybercom.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday 19 May with your request.
